Secured and served as liaison between over 100 participating restaurant / chef for AltaMed’s Food And Wine Festivals, East LA Meets Napa (LA Live) and OC Meets Napa (Mission San Juan Capistrano) including international celebrity chefs such as Ingrid Hoffmann, Ana Quincoces, Doreen Colondres, Hamlet Garcia, Katsuji Tanabe and MasterChef Latino season one winner Sindy Lazo
Menu coordination which secured a high quality culinary experience for the AltaMed Food and Wine Festival attendees
Worked with the public relations and multi media teams in the selection of restaurant / chef participants for media opportunities as well as all marketing material related to restaurant owners / chef participants to ensure publication accuracy
Together with the public relations team we managed the social media influencer program, who attended the event’s media preview and AltaMed Food and Wine Festival main events
Connected with restaurant owner / chef participants to identify their potential spotlight, for promotional branding such as their interesting facts, to create content needed in order to publish in social media, radio, television and print
Managed photo shoot concept for the AltaMed Food and Wine Festival restaurant owner / chef participants. Created and managed photo shoot calendar as well as creative direction with the photographer to obtain the best quality image for content
Created and managed media asset files with final bio, logo, social media handles and photography for all chef / restaurant participants
Served as liaison between AltaMed and each restaurant / chef participants on the days of AltaMed Food and Wine Festival main events
Coordinated restaurant check-in, registration and logistics at the days of AltaMed Food and Wine Festival main events, acting as leads for the team of staffers and volunteers
